Abstract

Th of women and men in the civil service, in the public entities of Peru, 2004 - 2017. To carry out this task, a basic type of investigation was developed; the convenient design was observational, retrospective, longitudinal, descriptive; The sampling used was non-probabilistic, for convenience, and was composed of the historical documents of the Report of Women in the Peruvian Civil Service, comprised by the periods 2004 - 2017; As an instrument, documentary analysis was used; Likewise, parametric and non-parametric statistics were used to test the hypotheses, depending on the normality of the data. The main conclusion obtained refers to the fact that three significant differences were found in Salaries, Age and Occupational Group; Regarding the number of servers in the regions, only 20 % of the total show no gaps; With regard to educational level, the three lower educational levels show significant differences, while the three higher educational levels do not show significant differences, however, most of the personnel have higher education; With regard to training, there are smaller gaps between men and women, but there is still more data to find a significant difference, only descriptive measurement has been carried out in this regard.
